Shipping Schedule
Your first Journey Box will ship within 4–5 business days after your order is placed.
The remaining two Journey Boxes will ship during Hey Doll!'s scheduled delivery months: February, April, June, August, October, and December.
Because your first box ships right away, your next delivery may arrive less than two full months later, depending on when you place your order.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is $7.50 per delivery, for a total of $22.50 across all three deliveries.
The price shown on the website already includes shipping for the remaining two deliveries. A separate $7.50 shipping charge for your first delivery will be added at checkout.
Once your order is complete, no additional box or shipping payments will be required for this prepaid plan.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking information will be emailed to you each time a Journey Box ships.
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. If USPS marks your package as delivered but you are unable to locate it, please contact USPS directly using the tracking information provided. You may also contact Hey Doll! if you need additional shipment information or assistance.

Payments that have already been processed are nonrefundable.
