Almost anything can be added to a quesadilla, to make it your own creation: peanut butter and bananas drizzled with chocolate, chicken and queso, you name it. If you're lucky enough to have a panini press in your home, you're in business! Just spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of a flour tortilla, add what you'd like on top (spooning it close to the folds), fold it over and pan fry or use a panini press.
