what you'll need:

Your favorite apples

1/2 cups of cream cheese

1 tablespoon of powdered sugar

candy sprinkles, coconut or crushed nuts (or your choice of toppings)

For starters, You'll need the help of an experienced adult to remove the core from an apple, and slice it into thick slices, resembling a donut.

whip the powdered sugar with the cream cheese until fluffy (like icing), spread on apple slices and top with your favorites.

Almost anything can be added to a quesadilla, to make it your own creation: peanut butter and bananas drizzled with chocolate, chicken and queso, you name it. If you're lucky enough to have a panini press in your home, you're in business! Just spread a thin layer of butter on both sides of a flour tortilla, add what you'd like on top (spooning it close to the folds), fold it over and pan fry or use a panini press.
